Help! I have IE 7 and want to switch to IE 6!?

Hi everyone,

Heres the deal. For some reason my internet explorer isn't working. It says there are no "add ons". So i figured i'd download the IE7. It still wouldn't work and is still asking for "add ons" so i went to see what "add ons" i can add on. I downloaded a few and its STILL not working.. SO i want to put IE6 back on here.

How do i do this?

BTW, anyone think they can help me on getting my IE back? I'm using firefox at the moment and i feel limited! I WAS IE BACK!!

Not a good idea. The Internet Explorer 7 is NEWER than the old and unsafe IE 6. If you have problems with the new IE 7, then you probably don't might have the "Service Pack 2" and all recent Microsoft upgrades downloaded %26amp; installed. You better should get the Service Pack 2 immediately and also make the latest upgrades from microsoft.com - restart your computer and after that, you shouldn't have any problems with the IE 7 again.

But, if you still do have problems with the IE 7, you can simply download %26amp; install it again from microsoft.com

And, for the addons: you must know what kind of add-ons you want and need for your browser.

Another option: Download %26amp; install the free "Firefox" Browser (version 2.0 is recommended). Firefox is an excellent, free and very fast %26amp; safe browser. Search on Yahoo or Google for "Firefox"!

I forgot: The IE7 and the "Service Pack 2" ONLY works for computers with Windows XP installed, not with Win98 or other versions.

now to reinstal IE6 www.microsoft.com/download and search IE6

run windows update and clic custom instal. If you see IE7 again cancel it. IF not continu your update if you have update to do.
