IE will not delete/download. "Copy Error"?

Hi:

I'm using Windows XP %26amp; cannot get IE to come on-screen or download, (says I have a newer version), or delete, (says it can't find the file).

I use Mozilla, but I need IE for Windows to work properly, (don't I?), and I need it to open zipped files, like - Internet Options - Folders - that Mozilla doesn't offer.

You do not need IE for windows to run properly, in fact it will run better if you don't use it, but you can't uninstall it. IE is notorious for filling your system with spyware so stick with Mozilla Firefox, you'll have a cleaner running system.
